Class Descriptions

Classes are designed for all levels with different physical intensity.  Meditation and Pranayama classes are accessible with membership.

Align + Flow  for BALANCE

This class offers a mix of alignment focused flow, kriyas (combination of repetitive movements and breaths to create a moving meditation), pranayama, followed by restorative poses  to recharge and rejuvenate yourself.  

Rejuvenate & Reset Flow

This class is a combination of medium to slow-paced flow, calming breath exercises, and gentle stretches to de-stress and rejuvenate your body and mind.  It's a perfect class to reset your energy and connect inward.

Demystify Alignment and Breath Cues in Yoga Class Part.1

This workshop will go over some fundamental principles of yoga practice. For this first of the many series, we will demystify some commonly used alignment and breath cues:

  • Go over some foundational alignment points for safety and balance and explain the reasons behind some commonly used alignment cues.
  • Ujai and diaphragmatic breathing.
  • Live Q&A at the end of the session
  • This workshop consists of lectures with some movements and breathing exercises.  Please wear comfortable clothes.

This workshop will be FREE for members and recordings will be available for active members.  Members can access to the Live session from Live Class Login page in "My Library".
