I look forward to sharing the tools that help us thrive with greater sense of well-being, joy, and deeper alignment with our authentic self .
I was born and raised in Japan, growing up as an athlete, and earned my BA in Tokyo and my MA in San Francisco. I began my corporate career in 2001 in SF and moved to Los Angeles, and Yoga became my refuge during a busy corporate life. With my strong desire to understand the healing capacity of this practice more in-depth, I completed my 500hr Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2007. In 2009, I took a step toward pursuing my deepest desire to share this transformational practice of Yoga with others and has never looked back since.
I continued my studies and completed the Yoga Therapy course Level 1, 220hr Kundalini Yoga training, Prenatal teacher training, Holistic Health Coaching training, and additional training with teachers in many different traditions. I feel that Yoga is a gift for all and passionate about living, learning, and sharing this transformational practice.
I live in Los Angeles, teach weekly group classes as well as corporate and private clients. I am also a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 Teacher, a Teacher Trainer, lead training, retreats, and workshops both in English and Japanese.
My passion is sharing this teaching and other holistic approach to promote greater mental and physical well-being to living our lives deeply aligned with our passion, purpose, and truth.

My classes offer you the practice for balance and peace. It combines the techniques from different traditions of yoga and meditation. Classes are included in membership, and accessible with a single class pass.

Rejuvenate & Reset Flow
Align + Flow class offers alignment focused flow and Kriya with slightly longer hold for strength, grounding and balancing. Rejuvenate & Reset is a medium paced rejuvenating flow with calming stretches, kriya, pranayama for a reset for mind and body.

Meditation + Pranayama for SERENITY
This class guides you into deeper inner journey.
You will practice calming and grounding pranayama followed by a yogic meditation and mindfulness meditation. Make this practice a powerful part of your daily routine. You can access meditation videos in membership site.

Rest + Restore to RELAX DEEPLY
Unwind and restore your body and mind with gentle flow followed by restorative and yin poses combined with gentle pranayama. The ultimate chill pill for restful sleep.
